Welcome 2013!

Whew! Somehow the whole month of December came and went without a single post from me!
But I'm back! We have been a little busy...as you will see as you scroll through the many events of our holiday season. From play dates to Disney World the Torrences have had one whirlwind end to 2012. We wish all our friends and family a prosperous and blessed 2013.
Happy New Year All!

Christmas 2012

Reading "Twas the Night Before Christmas" with Granddaddy
 Waiting on Santa!
Sleepy girl looking on the map to see where Santa is...
 Santa brought a beautiful dollhouse!
 And! Lots of presents!

Reading and playing with her Aunt Shana
 Snuggling and watching Tangled
Christmas night at Mimi and Poppa's house...
She loves her new suitcase on wheels!
 Tea time...
Silly Butler playing in the box!

Torrence Family Disney Trip 2012

Mimi and Poppa took the whole Torrence clan to Disney World this year!
What a blast we had!
This is a pic of Olivia seeing the Cinderella castle for the first time!
We just arrived in the Magic Kingdom...
We walked about 200 yards and I said "Look Olivia it's the castle!"
I looked down and this is what I saw!
Our sleeping beauty...
So its a pic of Max and I minus our sleeping 2 year old!

We came, we saw, we did it ALL!

Can you tell this was our last night?? We all look EXHAUSTED! LOL
What a great time with the family!

Christmas Crafts and Playdates

We had lots of fun making Christmas crafts with our friends Ms. Amanda and Emily.
Ms. Amanda reading the "Elf on the Shelf" story to
both girls.
Ta Da! She had fun making her Christmas tree craft!
No Christmas playdate would be complete without a little cookie baking...
They really got into the decorating of the cookies...

I think more icing ended up on their hands and in their mouths
than on the cookies!

Good girls cleaning up their messes!
 The final product
All that sugar led to LOTS of laughing and being silly
giggling girls! So sweet! They just adore eacthother!

The lighting of the Caboose in Old Town Suwanee

We took Olivia to the big lighting of the Caboose in Old Town Suwanee....we will
likely NOT do it again...what a let down...we had more lights on our Christmas tree!!
But it was a good ol' night of family fun!
Getting a candy cane hand painting

The best seat in the house! She loves her daddy!
We couldn't get her away from the Suwanee Mascot! She followed
him everywhere!
Miss Suwanee and Miss Georgia Pre-teen were enamored
with Olivia! They gave her a crown and a sash to wear!
So cute!
Santa arrived by a horse pulled sleigh!

The arrival of Chippey

This was the first year Chippey the elf has visited our house...
He is quite a mischievous little elf...

Our house is ready for Christmas!
